To enter, please press any key... Hi there. Welcome to the little dns I like to call my web site. I'm the Calliander. I'm a somewhat average, nerdy, early-twenties guy trying to get by in this difficult world and attempting to express myself online via HTML and flashy graphics. So, in other words, I'm a lot like other people. I try not to let that get to me, though. If you're curious about me, you can read some info I've been so gracious as to include. I have a vault of video game images (all stuff I own). There is a quote archive of funny things I've come across and funny crap my friends have said. Enjoy, and just to spite Dubya and his Privacy Invaders, I've got a buncha MP3 files up. So nyah!
This probably looks best in Internet Explorer. Sorry about that.

Good day to you, fellow web enthusiast. I have no idea how you found my web site, nor do I want to know. All that matters is that you're here, now, viewing this page and my usage statistics are all that much higher. WOO-HOO!!!
This web site has been up for damn near a decade now (for those of you who are interested in those neat little tidbits, it was born as The Calliander Web Site on March 18th, 1994), and is on it's thirteenth design revision, thus making it one of the longest-enduring dot-coms (or dot-nets, in this case) in the history of the internet. And, as we are all aware of, quantity is always a better signifier of prosperity and longevity than quality. If you're looking for quantity, and the ratio is roughly 78.25:1 that you are, then you, my friend, have ended up in precisely the correct place!
Okay, so the quantity hasn't really been here, either. But that's what this site is all about now, quantity. Quality has never been a pressing issue here at calliander.net, nor is it now.
I can't always think about me, however. So, in an effort to help the denizens of the web feel better (and to stab those RIAA bastards in the back with the rustiest of knives), I will have music and other neat things to download. So if you're a music pirate, or just one of those junkies that's just gotta download and install every free piece of software available, then calliander.net is here for you. Oh yeah, there are some nifty links to check out, too.
